Services

Zelnot provides technology consulting services including custom software development, software integration, and DevOps consulting. All engagements are governed by individual agreements outlining scope, deliverables, and terms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access to necessary systems and documentation, and payment according to agreed-upon terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in an engagement agreement, client deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. Pre-existing materials and general knowledge retained by the consultant are excluded.

Confidentiality

I treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Proprietary information, source code, and business data are never disclosed to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the amount paid for services under the specific engagement in question. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
